Hyatt's 23-story flagship
atrium hotel is in the heart of downtown Atlanta on
Peachtree Street, with shopping and dining in the
adjoining Peachtree Center Mall. Hyatt Regency Atlanta
is conveniently located near America's Mart, the Georgia
World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, Underground Atlanta
and Centennial Olympic Park. It is just 12 miles to
Hartsfield International Airport, with an indoor
connection to the Peachtree Center Station of the MARTA
public rail system. A variety of historical and cultural
attractions are also nearby. Hyatt Regency Atlanta
features three restaurants, two lounges and Perks, a
gourmet coffee shop and snack food store. For steak and
seafood, visit Polaris, the revolving rooftop
restaurant, which is a landmark on the horizon.

Approximately 75% of the
guest rooms are non-smoking. Hyatt Regency Atlanta is
currently undergoing a $13.7 million renovation of 750
of the 1,260 guest rooms in the hotel. This renovation
will be completed in December 2003. For the guest's
convenience, all guest rooms have safes to protect
personal belongings, irons, ironing boards, voicemail
and hair dryers. For recreation, Hyatt Regency Atlanta
offers an outdoor pool with a sun deck and a state-
of-the-art fitness center. The hotel is conveniently
located near fine dining, shopping and entertainment
venues.
